The Fruit of our Labours

Previously the preserve of the most-expensive single malts, the Solera Reserve brings sherry cask-aging to a new audience. We slowly move lightly-peated Scotch Whisky - already aged in re-fill whisky barrels - through our unique Solera-like system. By the time of its third maturation, our whisky is incredibly smooth and filled with rich, sweet sherry flavours.
